Custom Travel Planning, Management & Design
Starting from $550
The engagement fee varies per trip and is based upon the number of travelers and destinations, as well as other varying factors. Custom itineraries require a minimum $550 project initiation fee, which is to be paid at the time of a signed letter of engagement.
• Up to 5 nights of travel - $550
• Over 5 nights but under 10 nights of travel - $750
• Over 10 nights of travel - $950+
• Additional fees will incur depending on the scope and complexity of the request and types of services needed
• Includes up to four (4) itinerary revisions
• A change in destination will incur a new planning fee
Service Includes:
• Initial consultation to understand travel wants, needs, budget and special requests
• Design of a complete, customized itinerary, which includes comparing multiple suppliers to find the best value and/or match for the client’s needs
• Booking of trip components including accommodations, ground transportation*, train tickets*, sightseeing tours*, event tickets*, etc.
• Assistance with selecting and purchasing travel protection
• Destination information and general travel advice (tipping etiquette, currency exchange, packing tips, etc.)
• Outreach to personal contacts at hotels to confirm amenities, communicate bedding, arrival time, upgrade requests and VIP status**
• Advocating on behalf of the client in the event problems arise while traveling**
* These services are included in the base planning fee only when accommodations are booked by the travel advisor. A la Carte and Concierge Support Fees may apply for services not associated with a hotel reservation.
** Only applies to arrangements booked by Coveted Journeys
Short Lead Time Requests:
All requests received within 8 weeks of departure will be charged an additional $200.
Destination & Hotel Matchmaking

We work closely with our clients to understand their tastes in travel, travel preferences and prior travel history to recommend destinations and hotels that perfectly fit their travel needs. Service Includes:
• Researching multiple booking avenues to ensure the best value
• Quotes for up to 3 properties per destination
• Includes complementary introduction to on-property concierge (where applicable)
• Client coordinates concierge requests with the hotel directly.
• Assistance with concierge bookings will result in a Concierge Support fee.
• Personally contact suppliers and hotels to reconfirm amenities (where applicable), communicate any and all special requests, request upgrades and VIP status.
• We typically do not have the same on-site contacts with non-preferred hotels who will personally oversee our clients’ reservations; however, we will submit requests to the front desk reservation staff.
• Short Lead Time Requests:
All requests within 2 weeks of departure will be charged an additional $100.
**Requests for additional planning services such as sightseeing tours, daily itinerary planning and unique requests may result in a Custom Travel Planning, Management & Design Fee.
Concierge Services
Starting from $250 per destination
Clients may request assistance from their Coveted Journeys advisor with booking concierge services prior to their arrival in destination. All requests must be received at a minimum of 8 weeks prior to their arrival on property to ensure adequate lead time and to avoid disappointment in space and availability.
Service Includes:
• Includes research, booking, and reservation management for dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times and hotel activities.
• Rates start at $250 per destination and include a maximum of 8 reservations.
• All reservations booked through Coveted Journeys will be uploaded into your Axus Travel App
Concierge Services are reserved for clients who have booked their accommodations through Coveted Journeys.
