The process first and foremost starts with you! Our clients are our specialty, and we take the time to carefully listen to your previous travel history, preferred travel style, travel wish lists, hobbies, likes & dislikes as well as your vision for the trip. The more details you can share with us, the better we can tailor your travels!

This is where your Coveted Journeys advisor gets to work in turning your vision into a custom travel plan. We leverage our expertise and global connections to craft an itinerary inclusive of hotels, tours and activities that fit your travel preferences and budget.

Once your itinerary has been perfected and finalized, and VIP treatment is ensured, you'll receive a detailed final itinerary outlining your day-to-day activities and reservations. We will continue working behind the scenes with our industry partners to secure perks, request upgrades, confirm check-in times, tailor amenities, and reconfirm any special requests. Prior to your arrival, we'll reach out to upper hotel management to let them know of your arrival because "you can't VIP yourself"!

While you are relaxing, exploring, enjoying, and making those lifelong memories, we’re communicating with your on-the-ground team to ensure all is running smoothly. Even the most expertly planned vacation is not immune to unexpected bumps in the road, but you’ll have local, in destination contacts who can assist with any itinerary changes, questions or emergencies.

We cannot wait to see your photos and hear all about your experience! Upon your return, we will follow up to hear about your favorite memories, which tour you loved most, your “not so favorite” parts and anything you feel could have been done differently. This part is often the most crucial so we can apply what we learn to your future travels. We can’t wait to start planning your next adventure!
